Terms of Use
Mindria, a puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Android. Last updated: October 20, 2026.
These terms govern your use of the Mindria app (the "app"), published by SEVNTEC SARL, France, under the AkwaDev brand ("we"). By downloading or using the app, you accept them. They complement the terms of the store you got the app from: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement on the App Store, and the Google Play Terms of Service on Google Play.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on the devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, under the usage rules of the store you got it from.
2. Coins and boosters
- Coins are the game's virtual currency. You earn them by playing (first wins, finished blocks of the campaign, the Daily Challenge) or by watching optional videos, and you can buy coin packs in the shop.
- Coins and boosters have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or given to another player. On iPhone and iPad, when iCloud is on, they follow you to your other devices signed in to the same Apple account.
- They never expire. They are stored on your device and, on iPhone and iPad when iCloud is on for Mindria, in your own iCloud, which brings them back after the app is deleted and reinstalled. Without iCloud, and on Android, deleting the app, or changing device without restoring a backup, erases them. On iPhone and iPad, "Restore purchases" in the shop delivers again the purchases of your Apple account that your save does not hold.
- Each price in coins is shown with its approximate value in real money, at the rate of the smallest coin pack.
- The welcome offer (starter pack) can be bought once per installation.
3. Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and charged to your Apple or Google account at the price shown before you confirm. Coins are delivered as soon as the store confirms the purchase. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: your order history and Google Play's refund policy); a refunded purchase takes back the coins it delivered, as far as they have not been spent. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
4. Fair play
- Do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- Do not use cheats, modified versions or tools that alter the game, its save or its purchases. This also applies to the Weekly Challenge leaderboard.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its levels, pieces, silhouettes, graphics, music and sounds belong to SEVNTEC or its licensors. MINDRIA is a trademark of SEVNTEC. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the app, change its content, levels or economy, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
7. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or from its being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
8. Third-party services
The app relies on Apple (App Store, purchases) and on Google (Google Play, purchases; Firebase, for crash reports and, with your consent, play statistics; AdMob, for the optional videos), whose own terms and policies apply. See our privacy policy. On iPhone and iPad, the Weekly Challenge leaderboard goes through Apple's Game Center, if you are signed in to it.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Before any claim, please write to contact@akwa.dev: we will look for an amicable solution. If your written complaint does not settle the dispute, you can refer it free of charge, within one year of that complaint, to our consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, +33 1 89 47 00 14, litiges@cm2c.net (online form: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php).
